No chatbots, no ticket queues, no save-offer pop-ups. One inbox, one human. We aim for under 24 hours, often faster.
Cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings on the App Store: Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → COOKED → Cancel. Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep access until the end of the current period.
In the app: Profile tab → gear icon → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, savings history, streak, and cook logs. If you signed up with Apple, we also call Apple's revocation endpoint so the Sign in with Apple link is severed.
Note: deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Apple subscription. Cancel that separately in Apple ID settings or you'll keep getting charged.
Email support@getcookedapp.com from the email tied to your account. We send a JSON dump within 7 days. No questions asked.
Tap the retry button on the recipe screen — Anthropic's Haiku has off days. If it's still bad, email us with what you typed in the craving box and we'll investigate.
The counter is the running sum of (delivery cost − home cost) for every cook you've logged. It assumes you would have ordered if you hadn't cooked. If you log a cook on a day you weren't going to order anyway, that's still a real win versus future you.
Screen Time blocking is rolling out in a future update. Apple's Family Controls (Distribution) entitlement is finalizing. Until then, the toggle is disabled with a "Coming soon" badge.
Sign in with the same Apple ID that bought the original subscription. Then in Settings → Restore purchases. Apple will re-link your subscription within seconds.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not us. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the COOKED purchase, and request a refund.
