By creating an account or using COOKED, you agree to these Terms. If you don't, don't use the app — and if you change your mind, delete your account anytime in Settings.
COOKED helps you stop ordering food delivery and start cooking. We provide a streak counter, copycat recipes, smart-order alternatives, blocking, daily check-ins, and anonymous community stats. We do not provide medical, dietary, or financial advice. We are a tool, not a doctor or a CPA.
COOKED offers an auto-renewable subscription with a 7-day free trial.
Don't be a jerk:
The COOKED brand, design, code, recipe library, and community stats are ours. The data you create — your cook logs, your check-ins, the cravings you type — is yours. We license it from you only to the extent needed to operate the app for you.
Recipes are generated by Anthropic's Claude model based on your craving prompt. They are best-effort. We don't guarantee food safety, accuracy, or that the recipe will taste like the original. Use common sense. If a recipe asks you to do something dangerous, don't do it — flag it to us at support@getcookedapp.com.
COOKED is a money and habits app. It is not medical advice. If you have a food allergy, an eating disorder, diabetes, or any condition where what you eat matters clinically, talk to a licensed professional. The recipe ingredients are from the AI's best guess; verify them against your own dietary needs before cooking.
COOKED is provided "as is." We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI will always work. We don't warrant any specific savings outcome — the savings counter shows projections based on what you log, not a guarantee.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, COOKED's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You can delete your account anytime in the app or by emailing us. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service. If we terminate your account, you can request your data export within 30 days.
If we make material changes, we'll notify you in-app and bump the Effective date below. Continued use after the change means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the state where COOKED is operated.
